Our processing time is currently 3-5 business days. Often times your order will ship sooner than this, but we are a very small company and order volume can be high, so please allow for up to 5 days. Please note- this is not the time it will take for your package to reach you (see below), this is the time it takes for us to process and pack your order and get it into the mail.
US orders ship via USPS First Class Mail (for packages under 13 oz.) or Priority Mail (for all other packages). First Class Mail has an estimated transit time of 3-5 business days and Priority Mail has an estimated transit time of 2-3 business days. We are located in Baltimore, Maryland- so east cost customers will generally see the shorter times and west cost folks will see the longer ones.
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your package ships.
International orders ship USPS First Class Package Service (for packages under 4 lbs.) or Priority Mail International (for heavier packages). Transit time varies by country but 10-14 business days is a good ballpark. During busy shipping times, such as the winter holidays, the transit time can increase dramatically, to as much as 4-6 weeks. So do keep that in mind.
You will receive an email notification when your package ships, which contains a customs number.
If you live in the following countries, your order is trackable, using that number: Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland
If you live in a country not on that list, your package will not be able to be tracked, but the customs number serves as proof of mailing.
Please note that depending on your country's policies, you may be charged customs fees, import duties, taxes, or VAT on your package. These are taxes and fees levied by your government- they are not additional shipping costs, and they are not remitted to us. We are not legally permitted to pay them for you, nor do we have prior knowledge of when they will be charged, and it is illegal for us to mark a package as a "gift" on customs forms or enter a lower value in order to avoid them. It is the buyer's responsibility to be educate themselves on the customs policies for their country before placing an international order- please make sure you have done so, to avoid any unpleasant surprises!
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We sell samples of most of our products and fragrances, so if you are not sure that a scent or formula is for you- please try a sample first!
If your products should arrive damaged please contact us and we will be happy to send a replacement.
